OrderIQ
Pilot Program

Our Pilot Program — On Your Terms

We don't ask for commitment before you've seen OrderIQ work on your own requisitions, with your own forms, on your own patient population.

Process

How it works

Three stages. Each one is a decision point. You move forward when you're ready — not on our timeline.

1

Stage 1

Synthetic Validation

NDA only · No patient data · No operational risk
  • We configure OrderIQ to your requisition forms and protocol library
  • System runs against synthetic or de-identified orders
  • You see exactly how it performs on your case mix before anything else happens

What we need

Sample requisition forms, protocol documents, 1–2 hours of radiologist time

What you get

A configured system and a documented ground truth for your department

2

Stage 2

Live Shadow Run

NDA + Data Processing Agreement · Workflow unchanged
  • OrderIQ processes live orders in parallel — nothing automated, nothing changes downstream
  • Outputs go to a single clinical reviewer for sign-off
  • Accuracy validated on your actual patient population

What we need

Read-only access to your eFax folder or FHIR endpoint

What you get

Weekly accuracy reports by modality and priority tier. A clear go/no-go decision point with no pressure attached.

3

Stage 3

Assisted Operation

Full agreement suite · Human in the loop · Always
  • AI output becomes the starting point for your reviewer — not a replacement for them
  • Approve, override, or escalate with one click
  • Every decision logged to the audit trail
Data Governance

Privacy — You Choose

Before any live data flows, you choose the configuration that fits your institution's requirements.

Option What leaves your network Best for
A De-identified Clinical indication only Privacy-sensitive deployments
B Full context Full order context Complex case mix, higher accuracy
C Local AI Nothing Air-gapped or strict residency requirements

Full documentation available for your privacy officer and PIA process.
